How do I track my order?
Once you place an order, we will begin processing it immediately. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
When do you ship orders?
Each item is carefully crafted and goes through quality checks before being shipped. Due to this attention to detail, our standard shipping times are approximately 2 weeks.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
I have a problem. How do I get in touch?
To report an issue, please email us at support@bashacollective.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item arrives damaged or there is a quality issue. Each product is made to order, and we strive to ensure the highest quality.
To ensure the best fit and minimize returns or exchanges, please refer to our size charts before making your purchase, especially for oversized items, which are designed with a loose fit.
Do any profits get donated?
Yes! We donate 15% of all profits to Palestinian organizations. With each collection release, we select a cause that resonates with our mission. Our current collection supports the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, an organization dedicated to providing medical and humanitarian aid to children in the Palestine.
